Does my team need to download anything?

No. Puck is a phone number. If your staff can send a text, they can use it on day one.

Will Puck spend money without asking?

No. Orders come to you as a yes or no text. If you want, you can set limits so small routine reorders go through on their own.

Which systems does it work with?
